About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team and lead innovative design projects from concept to completion. You’ll work on diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial developments, collaborating with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from schematic design through construction administration
- Develop design concepts and produce construction documents
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and contractors
- Conduct site visits and construction oversight
- Mentor junior architects and interns
- Present designs to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Professional Architecture license required
- 7+ years of architectural experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with sustainable design principles
