About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our architectural and design projects from inception to completion. You’ll be the key liaison between clients, design teams, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate between design team, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct client meetings and provide project updates
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage change orders and contract negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in architecture/construction
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, BIM 360, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- PMP certification preferred
