About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to enhance our digital design and documentation processes. You’ll work with our design team to create and manage Building Information Models, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and related software
- Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP models
- Create construction documents and details from BIM models
- Perform clash detection and resolution
- Implement BIM standards and workflows
- Train team members on BIM best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of BIM modeling experience
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
- Knowledge of BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms
- Understanding of construction documentation standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
